Support a senior antitrust law partner through calendar and communications management, meeting and case coordination, travel planning, and legal records organization. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, correspondence, and minutes; coordinate with clients, regulators, counsel, and internal teams; track follow-up actions; and manage confidential documents and information with discretion.

Build and mentor the team while supporting annual business planning, targets, budgeting, and business development with partners.

Manage end-to-end regulatory registrations and licensing for SEBI intermediaries and stock exchange memberships. Responsibilities include eligibility assessments, gap analyses, application preparation and filing, responding to regulatory queries, advising clients on registration pathways and compliance implications, managing timelines and risks, communicating with SEBI and exchanges, handling formal correspondence and portal submissions, and resolving issues through reasoned representations.

The role involves interpreting legal documents, managing client relationships, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and supporting IPOs, rights issues, buybacks, and other transactions. Strong communication, analytical, regulatory, and problem-solving skills are required, along with CS or LLB certification.

Advises unlisted corporate-law clients, handles client queries and legal documentation, ensures compliance with internal processes, conducts legal research, prepares legal opinions, and manages multiple client assignments while meeting deadlines.
