Advises unlisted corporate-law clients, handles client queries and legal documentation, ensures compliance with internal processes, conducts legal research, prepares legal opinions, and manages multiple client assignments while meeting deadlines.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hands-on experience of working for unlisted clients.
- Advising clients engaged on Corporate laws.
- Handling client queries and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with systems/processes and documentation of the same.
- Handling research-related matters.
- Preparing legal opinions
Skills :
- Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs.
- Good understanding of Corporate laws.
- Familiarity with RoC filings
- Good interpretation skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
