Manage Crepdog Crew’s social media presence across platforms, creating original text and short-form video content, publishing posts, engaging followers, and increasing web traffic and customer engagement. Responsibilities include seasonal assortment planning, vendor and sourcing management, pricing, inventory optimization, commercial negotiations, product launches, performance analysis, forecasting, and profitability management. The role partners with design, production, marketing, and supply chain teams while identifying new vendors, sourcing opportunities, and product innovations.

Develop the brand’s long-term social storytelling strategy, create short-form video concepts and recurring content formats, and shape the brand’s social personality. Translate ideas into shootable narratives with strong hooks, pacing, visual treatment, emotional beats, and payoffs. Collaborate with videographers, editors, creators, and production partners while editing footage into engaging, culturally relevant stories that build brand equity.

Conduct 40–60 daily outbound calls to confirm deliveries, collect meaningful product feedback, monitor reviews, and maintain positive post-delivery customer experiences. Adapt tone and conversation style to customer cues, use active listening to uncover insights, accurately record feedback in the CRM, and escalate critical findings. The role serves international clients and requires sustained energy, empathy, curiosity, and excellent spoken English throughout the shift.

Integrate new brands into CDC’s digital ecosystem by mapping product SKUs, uploading and categorizing catalog data, synchronizing inventory between brand systems and CDC’s website, POS, and ERP, and maintaining accurate product databases. Coordinate with inventory managers to align online and store availability, troubleshoot product display and stock synchronization issues, and partner with IT and web teams on integration automation.

Manage budgeting across cost centers, develop financial projections and forecasts, prepare financial reports, control expenses, and optimize financial performance. The role also oversees vendor payment cycles, establishes expense-management SOPs, ensures financial and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with operations, procurement, department heads, and leadership. Candidates should have strong financial modeling, analytical, reporting, ERP, communication, and problem-solving skills, ideally gained in a high-growth startup or SaaS/HaaS environment.

Develops community engagement strategies, builds relationships with creators and cultural partners, and creates events, workshops, pop-ups, launches, and in-store experiences. Translates cultural and consumer trends into brand programming, while managing budgets, vendors, timelines, cross-functional stakeholders, and engagement metrics.
