Job Description
The Fashion Division Head is the overall category owner for apparel & accessories at CDC.
They act as the mini-CEO for the fashion vertical, managing strategy, brand mix, team
performance, sales targets, and replenishment plans across retail and online.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
• Lead and manage the entire Fashion Division team (Assortment, Inventory, Analyst, Brand
Partnerships, Technical Onboarding).
• Own the apparel category P&L, ensuring revenue growth and healthy sell-through.
• Define the ideal brand mix of homegrown and global brands for CDC.
• Align with marketing, retail, and online teams for collection launches and campaigns.
• Drive replenishment cycles and ensure top-performing SKUs are always available.
• Track performance dashboards and take corrective actions.
• Provide strategic guidance to brands for better size runs, replenishment frequency, and
collection direction.
• Report fashion category performance to the Founders/COO with actionable insights.
