Lead electrical discipline design and execution for EPC/detail projects. Ensure contractual compliance, quality, schedules and cost control. Develop procedures, perform reviews, vendor document approvals, site support, calculations (MHRS), and train engineers while optimizing KPIs and safety.

Lead sourcing and category strategy for equipment/materials across Africa, Middle East and India. Develop 3-year plans, run RFx and supplier selection, negotiate frame contracts, manage supplier relationships and contract implementation, mitigate risks and costs, drive TCO reduction, report savings, and lead a team of category managers to align procurement with business objectives.

Provide L3 incident resolution and root-cause analysis, ensure SLA compliance and system availability, perform proactive maintenance, manage patches/upgrades, maintain product documentation, advise product roadmap, liaise with vendors and run product demonstrations and workshops.

Manage regional sales for special gas delivery equipment, develop technical/commercial proposals, coordinate with France/Taiwan and customers, produce P&ID and product documentation, forecast sales, and support cross-functional project delivery to meet profit and customer requirements.
