Acquire and advise high-net-worth clients (₹1Cr+), deliver financial planning and portfolio advisory across PMS, AIF, mutual funds, fixed income and alternatives. Manage client relationships, reporting, compliance, and MIS. Drive AUA growth via cross-selling, strategic sales planning, and market intelligence while maintaining governance and strong client communication.

Collaborate with product, analysts, and data scientists to meet requirements and improve pipeline reliability and performance.

Provide Microsoft 365 administration and end-user IT support: manage Intune device deployment, administer Azure AD/Entra ID and SSO, troubleshoot email and Defender alerts, handle incidents via ITSM, maintain documentation, and support security and data recovery in a fully remote environment.

Lead business development for cross-border Payment Aggregator (PA-CB) products: acquire export-oriented merchants, manage end-to-end onboarding, close deals to meet revenue targets, leverage PA-CB networks, ensure smooth integration with product, compliance, risk and operations, monitor market and regulatory trends, and represent the company at industry events.

Design and architect enterprise Salesforce solutions, create prototypes and data models, map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, lead scoping and integrations, support delivery and CI/CD, and document technical and solution designs for Experience Cloud and Health Cloud implementations.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, manage scope/timeline/budgets, engage stakeholders as primary contact, coordinate Developers/Architects/Business Analysts, define roadmaps and milestones, ensure Salesforce best practices, integrations, security compliance, and proactively mitigate risks to drive adoption.
