Collects and analyzes data from AMI sites, prepares MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings. Supports senior management with agendas, minutes, action trackers, deadlines, and periodic updates. Coordinates with internal departments and state teams to gather information, ensure timely submissions, and support cross-functional reporting. Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills, with an MBA, M.Com, or B.Tech and at least four years of experience.

Leads contracting and commercial activities for transmission and renewable infrastructure projects, including bidding support, vendor negotiations, contract preparation, amendments, cost and IRR monitoring, contractor performance, claims, and contract closure. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, project teams, vendors, contractors, and government bodies. Maintains cost databases, monitors market and commodity trends, supports audits and reporting, and ensures compliance with approved business cases and contractual obligations.

Leads project documentation and logistics support, serving as the coordination point for document creation, storage, retrieval, and updates. Maintains vendor site-team records, reviews material transportation logistics for safe and timely delivery, evaluates electronic records systems, and facilitates documentation audits to identify and close gaps.

Prepare and update detailed electrical drawings for EHV AIS/GIS substations up to 400 kV/765 kV, including layouts, SLDs, protection and control schematics, cable routing, earthing, and lightning protection drawings. Interpret engineering inputs, equipment layouts, specifications, and markups; incorporate revisions and field changes; produce as-built documentation; prepare preliminary designs and BoMs for bids; and coordinate with engineering, construction, consultants, EPCs, vendors, and site teams.
