Leads project documentation and logistics support, serving as the coordination point for document creation, storage, retrieval, and updates. Maintains vendor site-team records, reviews material transportation logistics for safe and timely delivery, evaluates electronic records systems, and facilitates documentation audits to identify and close gaps.
Accountabilities:
Overall responsibility for maintaining Project documents and providing logistic support for Project.
- To act as a central point of contact between AMI management team and different functions with respect to creation, storage and retrieval of project documentation.
- Co-ordination with different functions for updating the Manuals for quality, process, SOPs, project documents related to milestones, key achievements, invoices, audit etc.
- Creating and maintaining records related to various project site team deployed by vendors including their attendance, training, hiring, performance of site team, complaints, disciplinary action, etc.
- Monitoring and review of logistics arranged by vendors for transport of material to be delivered for project implementation to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials for the project. Reviewing electronic records management systems followed by different project teams to ensure safety and timely retrieval of data.
- To facilitate internal audit / review of project documentation with the perspective of identifying and removal of gaps.

- Graduate in any discipline.
