Proactively identify, solicit, close, and manage group and catering business to meet revenue goals. Upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, generate proposals, conduct site inspections, and ensure proper turnover to Event Management. Deliver exemplary customer service, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support operational delivery of events.

Provide HR administrative and employee relations support: track and resolve issues, assist management with hiring, training, coaching, and discipline, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, maintain employee records (including I-9s), handle HR inquiries, schedule surveys, and perform general front-desk and clerical duties.

Provide HR administrative support including file and personnel record maintenance, applicant assistance, phone and mail handling, supply tracking, policy and employee relations support, confidentiality of records, and general office duties to support HR operations.
