Provide HR administrative and employee relations support: track and resolve issues, assist management with hiring, training, coaching, and discipline, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, maintain employee records (including I-9s), handle HR inquiries, schedule surveys, and perform general front-desk and clerical duties.

Handle guest reservation requests, process Marriott Rewards transactions, upsell and maximize revenue, answer guest calls, resolve issues with other departments, support Sales & Marketing administrative tasks, assist in training and modeling service standards, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
