Identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, develop value propositions, collaborate with sales, implementation, consulting, and product teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert on financial data workflows. Build client relationships, deliver training, provide product feedback, and develop strategies that support client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Manage complex client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for financial software solutions. Responsibilities include project governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, stakeholder communication, resource planning, vendor coordination, quality assurance, client readiness, training, cutover, production transition, financial tracking, and PMO improvement initiatives.
