Lead end-to-end Zoho One implementation, configuration, customization, automation, integrations, data migration, reporting, user management, and support. Configure Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, People, and Desk; develop Deluge scripts, workflows, blueprints, validation rules, APIs, and webhooks. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, build dashboards and KPIs, train users, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize the platform. This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi-NCR with possible night-shift work in a 24x7 environment.

Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking environments. Resolve connectivity, performance, and security incidents; implement approved VLAN, routing, and firewall changes; support disaster recovery networking; maintain technical documentation; collaborate with L3 and IT teams; and provide client guidance. Participate in 24x7 on-call support and incident response.

Supports IT infrastructure and managed services for Indian and US clients through monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, cloud deployment, and configuration. Assists with SOC and NOC monitoring and incident response while collaborating with senior engineers. Participates in technical training, follows best practices, and meets client SLAs in a full-time, on-site 24x7 environment with night shifts.

Leads and develops a field sales team, sets sales strategies, manages quotas and pipelines, forecasts revenue, closes complex IT solutions deals, and oversees key client relationships. Collaborates with technical, operations, marketing, and presales teams while monitoring market trends and competitive activity. The role requires selling services such as cloud hosting, managed services, cybersecurity, data center services, and disaster recovery, with extensive travel across Delhi NCR and occasional regional travel.

Provides L2 support and administration for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments in a 24/7 managed services operation. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting performance and access issues, resolving escalated tickets within SLAs, performing maintenance and health checks, assisting with patches and upgrades, coordinating with infrastructure teams, maintaining documentation, and participating in rotational shifts.
