Support the planning and execution of climate startup accelerator programs across South Asia. Responsibilities include application processing, startup onboarding, mentor coordination, engagement tracking, ecosystem research, outreach, communications, event logistics, vendor coordination, and impact reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and an interest in climate technology and entrepreneurship.

Supports strategy, business development, and execution of climate-tech startup acceleration, capacity-building, and ecosystem programs. Coordinates applications, onboarding, mentor matching, scheduling, communications, stakeholder engagement, outreach, research, content development, reporting, and impact documentation. The role manages multiple workstreams, maintains program dashboards and materials, and collaborates cross-functionally with startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Support research and analysis of climate impact frameworks, work with startup founders to define impact boundaries and metrics, and develop customized impact assessment tools in MS Excel. Coordinate with clients and partners, document meetings, track project actions, and assist with events, training sessions, and workshops.
