The role oversees teacher and school capacity building, assessment-led instruction, data-driven governance reforms, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and team development across Delhi’s public education system.

Supports the design, implementation, and scaling of an education assessment reform project for government schools. Responsibilities include developing FLN training and assessment content, facilitating teacher and school leader training, conducting classroom observations, tracking intervention impact, coordinating implementation, building government and external partnerships, and supporting sustainable capacity development. The role requires strong education expertise, stakeholder management, collaboration, and English and Hindi proficiency.

Provide strategic Hindi language and literacy expertise from foundational learning through Grade 8.
