Design visual collateral for research, publications, campaigns, events, social media, and digital platforms. Create publication layouts, infographics, static and animated assets, templates, and event branding while maintaining institutional brand consistency. Manages end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, documentation, onboarding, exits, payroll and benefits support, HR reporting, MIS, recruitment coordination, policy updates, compliance, vendor management, and employee issue resolution. Owns the Zoho HR platform, analyzes employee data, develops dashboards, automates processes, and recommends system and workflow improvements.

Conduct research on green economy markets, policies, and ecosystems; support website and LinkedIn editorial management; and translate research and programme outputs into engaging digital content, presentations, briefing materials, events collateral, and fundraising assets. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, visual communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, content performance monitoring, and independent management of multiple deliverables.

Supports strategic communications, media outreach, journalist engagement, media monitoring, content development, partnership communications, stakeholder coordination, and thought-leadership opportunities. Responsibilities include drafting pitches and briefing materials, managing media queries, maintaining media databases, tracking sector trends, proofreading, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting AI-enabled sentiment monitoring workflows and communications training.

Lead CEEW’s digital communications strategy across websites, social media, email, video, partnerships, and paid campaigns. Drive audience growth, SEO, analytics, AI-enabled discoverability, digital storytelling, and campaign optimisation. Manage website improvements, dashboards, vendors, digital reputation, and a multidisciplinary digital team. Build employee advocacy and institutional partnerships while translating performance data into actionable communication strategies.

Conduct vehicle and powertrain techno-economic assessments, emissions and life-cycle modelling, materials costing, supply-chain analysis, and circular-economy research. Develop models, datasets, total-cost-of-ownership frameworks, and policy recommendations supporting India’s low-carbon mobility transition. The role includes analysing EV, hybrid, hydrogen, and alternative-fuel technologies; authoring research publications; managing multi-state studies; advising government and industry stakeholders; engaging experts; mentoring researchers; and communicating technical findings through visualisations and concise policy insights.
