Responsibilities include developing online and offline campaigns, managing budgets and ROI, overseeing storytelling and content production, leading social media, analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth partnerships, and mentoring the marketing team. The role also requires collaboration with Fellows, alumni, volunteers, and leadership to amplify impact and achieve recruitment goals.
