Executes CRM, clienteling, customer experience, and boutique operations initiatives for Montblanc. Responsibilities include coordinating regional and boutique CRM activities, analyzing customer behavior, managing CRM KPIs and data quality, supporting client development and personalized activations, training sales associates, reporting on clienteling and NPS performance, coordinating vendors and events, and assisting with retail administration, budgeting, compliance, and boutique projects.

Manage retail and wholesale training by analyzing skill levels, KPIs, competitors, and market needs. Develop training strategies, modules, coaching plans, product and brand education, and train-the-trainer programs. Deploy training across boutiques and partners, monitor short- and long-term results, optimize budget and ROI, coach teams, and share best practices. Collaborate with sales, boutique, regional training, and marketing teams to support retail sales, wholesale objectives, client experience, and mystery shopping targets.
