Design, build, and maintain the core backend API platform, integrate with insurance carriers and partners, develop reusable enterprise features, improve system stability and scalability, conduct code reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to support rapid product growth.

Serve as a commercial insurance subject-matter expert to map carrier APIs and underwriting data into the CoverForce platform. Analyze carrier APIs, scrape and populate databases, build and maintain carrier-specific data sheets, liaise with carriers on appetite and questions, and deliver ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support engineering and senior management decisions.

Build and productionize LLM-powered agents, workflows, and RAG systems. Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and traditional ML to automate tasks and improve products. Mentor teammates and help design scalable, production-grade AI infrastructure while staying current on LLM advances.
