The Project Manager (Planning) will develop baseline schedules, monitor project progress, and coordinate communication between teams and stakeholders for effective project delivery.

Lead and be accountable for end-to-end delivery of a large workplace programme in Seoul: define strategy, secure governance approvals, manage stakeholders, risks, change, benefits realisation, resourcing, procurement and handover to BAU, and oversee technical advisors and project managers.

Lead cost management for large-scale data centre MEP packages, driving cost control, commercial strategy, estimating, procurement support, contract management (NEC/FIDIC), reporting, and team leadership across design, construction and commissioning phases.

Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams; monitor progress and deviations; implement corrective actions; prepare schedule updates, earned value analysis and reports; facilitate planning workshops and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety policies.
