Lead procurement strategy and tender management for large-scale data centre projects, focusing on CSA and MEP packages. Manage full tender lifecycle, commercial evaluations, contract negotiation (FIDIC/NEC), cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective procurement delivery.

Lead delivery of public‑sector infrastructure projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, contractors, procurement and stakeholder relations while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance in accordance with Singapore authority requirements.
