Responsible for statistical forecasting, aligning supply and demand, driving IBP processes, analyzing data and KPIs, implementing forecasting tools (Power BI/SAP APO), managing new product introductions and supply disruptions, preparing monthly reports, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.

Lead employee and labor relations for India, advising leaders on complex ER matters, union engagement, grievance and workplace investigations, performance management, RIFs/re-orgs, compliance with Indian employment law, and building ER capability across GCC and manufacturing sites.

Manage a medium territory: schedule appointments, meet new and existing customers, grow market share, develop sales for new and existing products, prepare sales activity reports, provide competitive intelligence, and follow a territory coverage plan to meet sales goals.

Support production planning and scheduling by identifying material/component needs, preparing purchase orders, maintaining planning systems, monitoring orders to ensure on-time delivery, resolving capacity and launch issues, expediting parts, and reporting planning metrics.

Oversee legal entity financial close and reporting, ensure accuracy of financial statements, lead statutory audits, maintain internal controls, supervise Legal Entity Accountants, collaborate with Tax, BU Finance and external auditors, and drive timely submission of local regulatory and tax reports.

Manage and grow relationships with national key accounts by developing strategic sales plans, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, and coordinating cross-functional execution to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage relationships with smaller e-retail partners, own direct selling to achieve shipment and consumption sales targets, execute customer-specific e-commerce plans aligned with brand strategy, monitor key metrics, and manage trade promotional budgets to drive results.
