The Sales Advisor will generate leads and acquire new Pay TV subscribers, manage sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction through compliance and relationship management.

Design and produce website assets, banners, emails, and web applications. Translate content updates into creative digital designs, collaborate with product and content teams, meet deadlines, and ensure brand, typographic, and operational consistency. Maintain attention to detail and keep current with design trends and tools.

Support company secretarial functions: maintain statutory registers, prepare and file regulatory documents, coordinate Board and AGM meetings, draft corporate resolutions/reports, and provide administrative support to Company Secretaries.

Support development of AI, automation, and digital intelligence solutions: Python scripting, data collection/preparation, testing internal tools and dashboards, OSINT/data analysis, research on LLMs and automation, and maintain documentation and code repositories for proof-of-concept projects.

Support product management for PayTV: translate requirements into training and GTM materials, assist PRDs, conduct market and competitive research, support UAT and testing, design customer journeys, prepare strategy decks, and analyze data for product improvements.

Support Sales Executives and Managers with implementation, administrative tasks, campaign monitoring, reporting, and client servicing while learning TV, radio, digital advertising, social media, events, and product sampling.

Support HR operations by managing e-stamping of agreements, assisting internship hiring (candidate coordination and interview scheduling), updating employee data in Workday, coordinating meetings and documents, and performing ad-hoc HR tasks.

Support content distribution and acquisitions: review client requests, prepare proposals, ensure material delivery, maintain content inventory and rights records, assist contract and compliance workflows, and analyze app and consumption data to identify growth opportunities.

Support creation, editing, and management of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube); assist campaign planning and audience engagement; help coordinate events, shoots, and logistics; provide administrative and research support. Participate in travel for local/regional events and production as required.
