Own the roadmap and delivery of AI automation products, including reliable AI agents, tool-calling workflows, n8n automation pipelines, API integrations, and React-based interfaces. Verify SOOKA and Astro GO applications against requirements, identify potential bugs, document requirements, review usability, research technical and application trends, and support software delivery lifecycle activities under team guidance.

Supports marketing campaigns for Astro PayTV products and Chinese entertainment content. Responsibilities include campaign planning, go-to-market execution, trade marketing, sales collateral, content launches, audience and competitor insights, campaign performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, agencies, sales, and content partners. The role translates consumer insights and Chinese entertainment trends into messaging and growth opportunities while managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign improvements.

Oversee end-to-end creative development and production of primarily Chinese scripted content: source and develop stories, guide scripts to production-ready quality, supervise pre-production, production and post-production, coordinate with production partners, support marketing/publicity and commissioning, approve promotional materials, and protect brand and commercial standards.

Lead and operate enterprise Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms, manage hybrid identity (Entra ID/AD), deliver and govern AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Copilot), provide L2/3 support, secure and govern cloud resources, manage on‑prem infrastructure, and drive vendor, project, and stakeholder engagement to scale AI initiatives.

Support marketing campaign execution and reward fulfilment for AstroBiz and seasonal campaigns. Track performance and fulfilment progress, coordinate with winners, manage data and reporting, schedule fulfilment activities, assist stakeholders, and provide operational support for ad hoc marketing projects.

Develop and maintain consumer-facing web and mobile platforms (My Astro and company site), build features, work with databases, help create CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, contribute to AI-driven projects like a centralized knowledge base, and follow AWS cost-aware practices while collaborating across teams.
