Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, networks, user accounts, Microsoft technologies, VDI, and workplace services. Manage incidents and service requests through resolution, maintain documentation, escalate complex issues, support audiovisual technology during events, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, using ITSM tools, analyzing recurring issues, and collaborating with technology and business teams.
