Provide first-level technical support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices, software, connectivity, and related equipment through multiple communication channels. Implement and support SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC): develop closing templates and tasks, gather requirements, support testing and data validation, provide day-to-day AFC user and month/quarter/year-end closing support, and drive process improvements and system rollouts.
