Lead a small team to integrate martech and third-party analytics (GA4, social, SEO, Pardot, Salesforce), build dashboards and reporting cadence, deliver campaign and channel performance insights, improve data integrations and governance (GDPR), support lead management and attribution modeling, and advise senior leadership on analytics-driven marketing strategy and optimization.

Design, automate, and optimize Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD. Support M&A transactions by integrating ESG into valuation and financial models. Quantify ESG levers, identify value creation/protection opportunities, review advanced financial models and statements, and provide data-driven recommendations to deal teams and portfolio company CFOs while collaborating with ERM advisory specialists.

Support global impact assessment teams by preparing social and human rights inputs for ESIAs, due diligence, and management plans. Conduct desk research, review documentation against international standards, identify social risks and stakeholder needs, draft deliverables, and support senior consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality project outputs across regions.

Provide socio-economic baseline chapters, impact assessments and economic appraisal inputs for major infrastructure and energy projects. Produce evidence-based reports, stakeholder mapping, quantitative modelling of jobs/GVA, and mitigation frameworks aligned with EIA/IFC/Equator Principles. Support cross-topic integration, client liaison, quality assurance, and contribute to bids and thought leadership.

Support development and calibration of numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport models, analyze field data, prepare technical annexes and reports, assist site characterization and remediation projects, mentor junior staff, and liaise with project team members.

Manage and maintain ERM's Value Pricing Platform, ensure data integrity, perform data updates and validations, resolve user issues, produce commercial insights, build relationships with internal partners, and support platform improvements and user training.
