Manages a 24/7 money movement team of up to 10 employees, owning SLAs, quality, productivity, risk controls, and escalations. Drives automation, straight-through processing, SOP development, operational excellence, and regulatory alignment while serving as a payments subject matter expert for internal and banking partners.

Conduct quality assurance reviews of individual KYC cases across global jurisdictions, verifying identity documents, proof of identity and address, risk classifications, transaction alignment, and sanctions screening outcomes. Identify process gaps, deviations, and training needs through QA sampling. Prepare reports on findings and trends, maintain QA logs, provide feedback, and support updates to checklists, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
