Create 2D drawings and 3D models from LOD 100 to LOD 500, plan medium- and low-voltage power distribution, perform electrical calculations and code analysis, and prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings. The role requires US project experience, knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and NFPA-70 standards, and collaboration across multiple projects.

Designs and models building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using BIM software. Collaborates with architects, structural engineers, and contractors; produces construction documents, equipment schedules, ductwork layouts, piping diagrams, 2D drawings, and 3D models. Performs mechanical calculations, simulations, clash detection, compliance reviews, and design modifications. The role is fully remote with India-based evening shift hours.
