Responsibilities include conducting frequent in-person visits, delivering product demonstrations, performing ROI analysis, consultative selling, negotiating partnerships, managing pipelines, tracking revenue targets, analyzing adoption metrics, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing market feedback. Requires advanced spreadsheet skills and frequent field engagement with 80–90 restaurant partners monthly.

Own post-sales relationship with restaurant partners to drive adoption, usage, and measurable ROI of Dineout products. Manage onboarding, POS/QR integrations, training, performance reviews, churn prevention, feature expansion, and first-level issue resolution. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Ops to improve partner experience and scale city-level restaurant portfolios.
