The Staff Engineer leads analog and mixed-signal block design, conducts design reviews, mentors junior engineers, and develops methodologies for advanced technology applications.

Supports tax compliance, documentation, reporting, reconciliations, working papers, schedules, filing support, and audit records for Philippines, Malaysia, and other tax processes. Coordinates with internal teams on tax inquiries, government requirements, and process updates while helping ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Design and develop scalable, secure frontend web applications for connected embedded systems. Lead frontend architecture, collaborate with backend/embedded teams, implement device provisioning, telemetry visualization, and remote management UIs. Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability; mentor engineers, participate in reviews, and drive frontend best practices.

Architect, develop, integrate, test, debug, and optimize embedded software for diverse hardware platforms using RTOS, bare-metal, Zephyr, and Linux environments. Lead software architecture, system validation, test automation, and multi-threaded application development while collaborating with hardware and software teams. Define test strategies, analyze defects, document designs, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, optimize performance and power usage, and contribute to open-source projects.

Support Global Costing by executing quarterly standard costing, maintaining SAP and Impact3C, performing product costing and manufacturing cost analysis, analyzing cost variances, supporting COGS and inventory valuation, partnering with Finance/Operations/Supply Chain/IT, driving process automation, and ensuring SOX and accounting policy compliance.

Support and enhance ADI's global compliance program aligned to enterprise risk and ISO 37301. Monitor regulatory developments, update policies, execute risk‑based monitoring and testing, manage investigations and remediation, support audits, develop training and communications, track metrics, and collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.

Develop RTL for digital blocks, perform lint/CDC analysis and DFT support, assist in writing functional tests and simple UVM components, collaborate on verification and coverage closure, support AMS co-simulation and mixed-signal integration, and work with physical design on synthesis and timing.

Design and simulate transistor-level analog/mixed-signal IC blocks (amplifiers, converters, power circuits), define architectures, integrate blocks into mixed-signal systems, present results to teams/customers, support layout, lab evaluation and test, mentor others, and improve design methodologies to meet power, timing and functional objectives.
