Build and maintain clinical site payment forecast models, link forecasts with Medidata Payments, analyze plan-versus-actual variances, reconcile study closeouts, support audits, and produce accurate client-ready financial reports. The role collaborates with clinical operations, revenue recognition, clinical payments, investigator grants payments, and project teams while ensuring compliance with accounting, revenue recognition, and sponsor requirements.

Support People Strategy & Culture by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, building KPIs and reports, partnering with Systems/HCM teams, and monitoring outcomes to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
