Responsibilities include competition analysis, scope and sequence planning, manuscript development, permissions management, author and reviewer coordination, media production liaison, proofing, project delivery, and customer-facing product training and engagement.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, customer and vendor reconciliations, invoices, payments, collections, GST calculations and return filing. Perform journal entries, bookkeeping, monthly closing, and income statement preparation. The role requires experience with Microsoft Business Central/Navision, advanced Excel, professional email communication, and English proficiency. This is an on-site position initially based in Noida, with relocation to Delhi or Gurgaon within six months.

Manages adult learning and test preparation products and programs from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include defining product-market fit, developing scopes of work and user stories, ensuring content quality and pedagogical soundness, editing and reviewing materials, coordinating authors and production teams, managing timelines and budgets, preparing design and typesetting briefs, delivering product training, and gathering customer feedback and market insights.
