Lead CEEW’s digital communications strategy, including social media, website, SEO, paid campaigns, content dissemination, brand voice, analytics, and digital tools. Manage social media, web, design teams, agencies, and vendors; develop sustainability-focused campaigns; oversee the website revamp; manage digital projects; and support events and outreach initiatives.

Conduct research and develop policy recommendations on India's critical minerals value chain. Track national and international developments, assess technologies and markets, support the Ministry of Mines with stakeholder engagement and coordination, and produce briefs, reports, presentations, articles, and other research outputs. The role also builds networks across government, industry, academia, startups, and civil society while communicating research findings and supporting wider dissemination.

Develop agentic workflows, retrieval systems, forecasting, recommendations, and decision-support tools for government users. Drive adoption, partnerships, stakeholder alignment, and measurable policy impact across ministries, enterprises, and mission-driven organisations.

Designs and operates GCP or AWS infrastructure for AI, geospatial, and data-intensive workloads. Builds CI/CD pipelines, manages Docker and Kubernetes environments, supports ML training and inference, optimizes cloud costs, and maintains data pipeline infrastructure. Establishes monitoring, logging, alerting, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and network controls. Supports API platforms and collaborates with AI, geospatial, and product teams to resolve deployment, scaling, and reliability issues.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on energy, environmental, financial, technological, and governance issues. Collect and analyze data, track global policy and technology developments, engage experts and stakeholders, co-author reports and policy briefs, prepare presentations and memos, support high-level events, maintain expert networks, and assist the Chief of Staff and CEO’s Office with meetings, follow-up, and research requests.

The Programme Associate will conduct green finance and energy-transition policy research, develop research concepts and publications, analyze policy and financial trends, manage project deliverables, budgets, and reporting, and engage policymakers, corporates, researchers, and other stakeholders. The role also includes presenting research, building networks, supporting leadership and the CEO, coordinating outreach, and mentoring junior researchers.

Manage project budgets, donor fund tracking, grant reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting. The role also supports grant and consultancy documentation, cross-functional coordination, process creation, automation, digital improvements, and financial data management using Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Workspace. Candidates should have relevant finance experience, strong knowledge of Indian compliance requirements, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong storytelling, design, digital communications, English writing, attention to detail, collaboration, project management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
