Responsibilities include market visits, competitor and pricing monitoring, product placement, internal order coordination, collections, payment recovery, exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities. The role requires strong building-materials market knowledge and sales experience, preferably in plywood or related industries.

Lead the creation and growth of Saburi Ply’s Projects and Institutional Business vertical across government and private markets. Drive government approvals and empanelment, architect and PMC specifications, institutional accounts, contractor relationships, project pipelines, and large-value negotiations. Establish sales processes, targets, and reporting, convert specifications into orders, and eventually recruit and manage a pan-India projects sales team. The role requires independently building a business vertical and demonstrating personally delivered approvals, specifications, empanelments, and institutional wins.
