Lead development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot to full-scale production. Improve process capability, quality, and efficiency, investigate nonconformances, implement corrective actions, analyze process data, support automation and validations, mentor engineering staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical consulting: gather customer requirements, design solution architectures, prepare technical proposals and presentations, support RFP/RFQ responses, maintain CRM and technical engagement tracking, and act as technical point of contact to ensure successful product integration and customer relationships.
