Serve as primary post-sale client contact to manage and execute media campaigns across TV, radio, digital and on-ground channels. Coordinate internal teams, track budgets and KPIs, report performance, analyze outcomes, handle contract/invoice administration, and represent the company at client and trade events to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Coordinate with external counsel, manage piracy enforcement, draft commercial agreements and policies, and advise corporate functions on various legal matters to safeguard company interests.

Support company-wide employee engagement and employer branding initiatives: plan and execute programs, produce communications and creative assets, manage SharePoint HR portal, coordinate photoshoots and videos, and assist on projects to strengthen workplace culture.

Support and produce English-language editorial content for Astro AWANI digital and social platforms: research, write and edit news stories and scripts, shoot or source photos/videos, edit and upload/stream multimedia, moderate social channels, and collaborate with editors to meet deadlines and grow web engagement.

Lead and develop a team of retention specialists to reduce churn, protect recurring revenue, and improve customer loyalty. Drive save strategies, monitor KPIs (save rate, churn, revenue retention, CSAT, NPS), oversee escalations, produce insights for leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and retention outcomes.

Handle inbound customer inquiries about account termination across channels, perform churn-gating and retention activities, escalate cases, maintain QA standards, support and create service requests, and provide feedback for process and offer improvements.

Support end-to-end campaign operations: enter and verify bookings, process billing in SAP/systems, monitor campaign utilization, prepare progress and billing reports, resolve operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate campaign records.

Support execution of Astro Pay TV go-to-market and marketing campaigns: coordinate stakeholders, track and report performance, conduct market research, assist project management, and prepare presentations.
