Lead cross-functional execution, senior stakeholder reviews, partner escalations, performance tracking, MIS reporting, portfolio management, revenue forecasting, and data-driven growth analysis while maintaining knowledge of payment regulations and market trends.

Manage relationships with Central Government ministries, regulators, agencies, and public sector enterprises. Drive adoption of NPCI digital payment products and commercial credit solutions across government programs. Develop strategic engagement plans, identify business opportunities, monitor policy and regulatory developments, prepare market intelligence and executive briefs, and coordinate customized solutions with product, technology, legal, compliance, partnerships, and operations teams. Support account planning, procurement processes, partnership development, and strategic initiatives aligned with Digital India and financial inclusion objectives.
