Join our Customer Success Team to handle customer queries through various channels, educate customers on products, maintain records, escalate issues, and achieve KPIs. Must work well under pressure, possess good communication skills, and be fluent in English.

Develop responsive frontend of a SaaS application using Vue.js and other cutting-edge technologies. Work on complex systems to serve hundreds and thousands of customers daily. Collaborate with product owners and other team members to enhance the application with new features and user stories. Participate in code reviews, support calls, and team ceremonies. Mentor junior team members.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of every release, creating automated test cases, tracking and analyzing tests, improving test efficiency, and mentoring team members. Requires 5+ years of testing experience, BS/MS in relevant field, programming language knowledge, familiarity with manual testing, test tools, continuous integration, and automation testing with REST APIs and Mobile UI/Function.

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing database infrastructure using MySQL and MongoDB. Automating deployments with Terraform, developing dashboards with Grafana, and working on PaaS like AWS RDS. Responsible for documentation and operational runbooks.

The Weekend Site Reliability Engineer will work on site reliability and security, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and improving infrastructure processes. They will focus on availability, latency, change management, emergency response, and capacity management of services in production.

Develop highly-scalable mobile internet backends for millions of users using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Participate in code reviews, respond to support calls, mentor team members, and adhere to standard architecture patterns.
