The Big Data Lead will maintain SQL databases, build data pipelines and streams using Databricks, Pyspark, and SQL, and design APIs.

Lead and govern service delivery programs, align offshore and onsite teams, drive continuous improvement and cost optimization, manage client relationships and contract renewals, oversee service performance and quality maturity, own P&L with account management, and enable team upskilling and growth.

Design and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Python. Build, manage, and optimize Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, ADLS and Blob storage. Ensure HA/DR, security (RBAC, encryption, private endpoints), performance tuning, cost optimization, monitoring, and integrate with Oracle/SQL Server and BI/AI workloads to support analytics and ML.

Designs and manages QA frameworks for BPO/call center operations. Oversees monitoring of calls, emails, chats and back-office transactions, enforces scorecards and calibration, sets benchmarks, coaches agents, collaborates with Operations, Training and Clients, and drives continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Lead presales and solution architecture for network offerings, owning RFP/proactive proposals with value engineering. Develop collaterals, PoVs, client presentations, and thought leadership. Drive OEM engagements, define network stack strategy, build partnerships with providers, and create frameworks/accelerators. Review service line operations and progress with leadership.

Design and implement Appian BPM solutions including process design, SAIL UI development, expression rules, integrations (web/SOAP/REST), plugins, CI/CD deployments, debugging, test plans, and database interactions. Ensure role-based access and follow Appian best practices.

Lead data engineering work: design, build, and troubleshoot ETL/data pipelines using Python and Airflow. Implement CI/CD and version control, optimize SQL in data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), apply DBT tests and automated testing, generate code via templates, and manage AWS data infrastructure (S3, ECS, IAM). Client-facing, hands-on individual contributor role.

Lead technical design and implementation of data-centric solutions: build high-performance ELT/ETL pipelines, author optimized production SQL (stored procedures, UDFs), tune queries, implement data models (star/snowflake), enforce data quality, lineage and metadata practices, and guide MDM and governance adoption.

Customize and implement Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales) solutions using Dataverse, plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure services and C#/.NET. Lead full-lifecycle development, design artifacts, user stories, code reviews, architecture and CRM customization standards. Work with MVC multi-tier architectures and optionally Power Pages/Portals and DevOps practices.

Lead development of Python applications that process large-scale data, write and tune complex SQL, profile and optimize performance, deploy containerized apps, build unit tests, and work with data frameworks and Snowflake datasets.
