Respond to inquiries across multiple platforms to collect and clarify information needed for premium audits of general liability and workers' compensation insurance policies.

Handle procure-to-pay activities including PO and non-PO invoice processing, vendor setup and reconciliations, manage vendor queries, support intercompany transactions, and ensure adherence to SOPs and accuracy.

Architect and lead development of scalable GenAI application layers: design microservices for LLM requests and streaming (SSE), manage context, integrate React/Next.js frontends with Python/FastAPI backends, oversee cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), API gateways, and CI/CD for AI components.

Lead presales solution architecture for data and AI platforms: design client demos/PoCs, architect scalable distributed and event-driven systems, enforce observability/security/compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate vendors, create technical artifacts, and mentor presales engineers.

Oversee day-to-day insurance claims operations, ensure adherence to service levels and client management, drive revenue realization, and manage profitability.

Lead and own measurement, attribution, and analytics delivery across clients: manage a Measurement & Attribution Pod, define governance and architecture, advise stakeholders, drive adoption and expansion of CDP/analytics solutions, integrate platforms, and support pre-sales and innovation including AI/ML and Mix Modeling.
