Manage MEP scope on fit-out and base-build projects: monitor works, schedule and coordinate resources, produce progress reports, manage stakeholders, ensure on-site health & safety, perform QA/QC, handle procurement and change control, oversee commissioning, and close out MEP documentation.

Lead full project lifecycle for MEP electrical works: review and redesign MEP drawings, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, supervise onsite construction, manage specifications, contracts, cost control, and ensure timely delivery while applying sustainability/LEED principles.
