Configure and integrate SAP FICO/FICA within Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, design finance solutions for high-volume transaction environments, mentor SAP teams, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and provide enterprise-level SAP thought leadership and guidance.

Lead and develop a team of quality analysts to monitor and evaluate customer interactions using interaction analytics (speech, text, AQM). Build QA frameworks, deliver reports and insights, partner cross-functionally to drive performance improvements, coaching, and continuous improvement in a call center environment.

Process inbound pharmacy-related documents and faxes, perform data entry, identify and create adverse event reports, research and resolve order/document issues, and meet service level requirements in a high-volume customer service environment.
