The Staff HW Development Engineer will design mechanical components for telecom products, conduct tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met.

Optimize inbound material logistics to ensure timely supply for factories and hubs. Manage orders, inventories, lead times, and supplier communications. Analyze data to resolve shortages and implement inbound logistics strategies, supporting procurement forecasting and exception handling in SAP MM.

Develop web-based, single-sourced content (including API docs and GUIs), use XML authoring and graphics tools, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test, follow SDLC/DDLC and structured writing, and align documentation workflows with Agile and DevOps practices using Jira/Confluence.

Lead security assessment and testing for business-critical systems: gather threat intelligence, define and execute assessment strategies, validate security and privacy controls, model threats, execute payloads to verify vulnerabilities, report findings, and advise stakeholders on remediation. Support red and purple teams and collaborate across InfoSec and IT teams.

Monitor alarms and perform first-level analysis, dispatch and track trouble tickets and change requests, investigate and localize network faults, provide expert fault resolution, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, coach teammates, and support process and tool improvements for end-to-end network delivery.

Responsible for monitoring tester productivity, yield, and false call rates; supporting maintenance, changeovers, and calibration of RF testers (4G/5G); participating in NPI and mass production validation; troubleshooting tester and instrument issues; managing spares; mentoring shift engineers and collaborating with global teams to drive continuous improvement.

The IDM T3 Specialist will solve complex IDM service issues, perform maintenance tasks, monitor services, mentor juniors, and participate in upgrades.

Operate as a Level 2 specialist for Packet Switched (PS) Core, performing proactive monitoring, diagnosing and rapidly resolving faults to ensure stability and performance of critical network services. Provide 24x7 operational support and work with vendor equipment (Huawei, ZTE).

Develop and troubleshoot Keycloak and OpenBao integrations, deploy and maintain applications on Kubernetes using Helm/Docker, extend CI/CD pipelines and tests, support certification and on-call troubleshooting, maintain docs and runbooks, and collaborate on security and integration tasks.
