Lead digital hardware design, testing, and qualification for broadband devices (Fiber ONTs, WiFi APs, beacons, mesh). Design and troubleshoot processor/RF circuits, select components, prototype, perform failure analysis, support certification and factory testing, and maintain electrical documentation and BOMs.

Design, implement and support hybrid identity solutions (AD, ADCS/PKI, Entra ID) for enterprise IAM. Architect SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and Zero Trust, automate with PowerShell/Microsoft Graph, provide L3 support, and collaborate on M365 identity integrations and governance.

Lead end-to-end DBaaS operations in public cloud: install, patch, tune, and manage Oracle RAC/Data Guard/Exadata/Autonomous DB; execute backups and RMAN recovery; drive migrations, automation (Shell/Python/Terraform), incident response (P1/P2), RCA, security/compliance, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cloud teams to improve reliability and scalability.
