As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design test strategies and automation for optical networking solutions, ensuring quality and performance through manual and automated testing, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Manage the Optics hardware services portfolio end-to-end: set up service offerings at NPI, define SoWs, pricing/costing, support pre-sales tendering, oversee delivery and lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational and commercial success.

Lead test strategy and execution for carrier-grade telecom solutions. Develop and run test plans and automated suites, perform functional, performance, regression, and UAT testing, troubleshoot protocols and performance bottlenecks, track defects in JIRA, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability across cross-functional teams.

The OSS Engineer designs and maintains Operations Support Systems, integrates network elements, troubleshoots issues, and automates processes to ensure efficient network management.

Create high-quality, customer-focused technical documentation for complex broadband/fixed-network products. Independently manage documentation schedules and team efforts, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test to gather technical content, and deliver web-based publications using AsciiDoc/XML/Markdown and tools like Arbortext/Oxygen. Align documentation with SDLC/DDLC, structured writing principles, Agile and DevOps workflows, single-sourcing practices, and use Jira/Confluence/GitHub for content lifecycle management.
