The Staff HW Development Engineer will design mechanical components for telecom products, conduct tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met.

Lead pre-sales engagements for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) CPE solutions across APJ: identify opportunities, prepare pre-RFP/RFP responses, design solutions, run demos/POCs, support negotiations and handover to delivery teams.

Lead 6G radio research, focusing on AI-native PHY design and MIMO technologies. Shape standards strategy and collaborate with teams to ensure technology advancement.

Design, build, and maintain full‑stack cloud service labs that reproduce customer architectures. Lead end‑to‑end testing (functional, regression, performance, interoperability), automate lab provisioning and test scripts, manage shared cloud lab environments, track and validate test results, and maintain stable, secure lab infrastructure.

The Senior SW Engineer will design cloud-based build tools, provide leadership, mentor juniors, optimize performance, and interface with stakeholders.

Design, validate and optimize enterprise WAN solutions (especially Nokia Nuage/SD-WAN). Coordinate with service providers, stakeholders and security teams, produce HLD/LLD, review supplier proposals, ensure deployability, supportability and post-deployment quality.
