Design, validate and optimize enterprise WAN solutions (especially Nokia Nuage/SD-WAN). Coordinate with service providers, stakeholders and security teams, produce HLD/LLD, review supplier proposals, ensure deployability, supportability and post-deployment quality.

Operate and troubleshoot enterprise network security services (firewalls, DNS, WAN/LAN, SD‑WAN) in a 24x7 environment. Ensure high availability and performance, architect and troubleshoot advanced routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), deploy VLANs and switching, manage Aruba WiFi and Nokia SR-series routers, build secure lab environments, document designs, and enforce network standards and best practices.

Lead integration and customization of Nokia and third-party solutions for operator services. Manage solution-area teams, ensure quality delivery, define integration and delivery models, oversee system integration projects, and influence regional technical strategy and stakeholder engagements.

Lead definition, production, and governance of the End User Experience (EUX) Score. Ensure monthly accuracy, run root-cause analyses, maintain dashboards/reports, mentor analysts, drive methodology evolution, and own improvement initiatives and associated budgets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Identity Fabric transformation—overseeing PAM, IGA, AM, IV, non-human identity governance, vendor management, migration from legacy systems, risk and financial control, executive stakeholder alignment, and adoption to improve security posture and measurable business outcomes.

Troubleshoot network issues, perform field dispatch and service desk activities, conduct fault investigations, and ensure effective network change implementation while adhering to best practices.

Design, configure and support SAP S/4HANA solutions for Sales & Distribution and Customer Service. Gather requirements, lead process mapping and gap analysis, coordinate integrations and testing, provide SME guidance, support change management and user training, and promote standard solutions to minimize customizations.
