Support Systems Administrator by maintaining Salesforce, Smartsheet, NetSuite, and Box; perform weekly data audits, manage user lifecycle, oversee COI and insurance compliance, build Smartsheet workspaces, provide Tier 1 help desk support, maintain SOPs, assist UAT for AI tools, and coordinate training.

Lead social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok through multimedia content creation, community management, video production coordination, daily account oversight, and performance reporting to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Serve as the primary client contact to build long-term relationships, assess needs, guide decisions, resolve issues, monitor satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, and drive retention and growth through consultative engagement.
