Oversee day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site, ensuring MEP designs are implemented to codes and safety standards. Manage setup, testing, and start-up of HVAC, piping, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and firefighting systems; monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; liaise with suppliers and contractors; prepare quality documentation and as-built drawings; conduct HSE risk assessments and site audits.
