Drive strategic execution for BJAK's finance super app expansion: build operating rhythms, manage OKRs, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, prepare leadership/board materials, identify risks, support trade-offs, and lead high-visibility special projects requiring senior judgement.

Operate from the CEO Office to turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships and market launches. Track OKRs, owners, blockers and deadlines; prepare briefs, updates and action trackers; work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance and country teams; identify and close execution gaps; and own urgent, cross-departmental business problems.

Lead product direction for major finance super-app areas in India, define roadmaps and success metrics, guide PMs and cross-functional squads, translate regulatory and operational constraints into product decisions, drive launch quality and continuous improvement across payments, savings, investing, insurance and travel.

Lead delivery of finance super-app features: write clear requirements and user stories, manage backlog and sprints, coordinate cross-functional teams, translate financial journeys into product flows, test features, track bugs and post-launch fixes, and keep stakeholders informed.

Own product areas across BJAK's finance super app (insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel). Define problems, scope, metrics, roadmaps and launch plans.
