Design and implement Appian BPM solutions including process design, SAIL UI development, expression rules, integrations (web/SOAP/REST), plugins, CI/CD deployments, debugging, test plans, and database interactions. Ensure role-based access and follow Appian best practices.

Customize, architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Service) solutions using Dataverse, plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and .NET/C#. Lead user-story development, enforce CRM customization standards, perform code reviews, and guide technical decisions. Contribute to multi-tier MVC implementations and support full software development lifecycle; Power Pages/portal and Azure/DevOps experience is advantageous.

Lead design and implementation of insurance solutions using Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms. Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, gather client requirements, develop test plans, troubleshoot integrations, and produce documentation and training for solution adoption.
