Lead end-to-end change communications for a global e-invoicing transformation. Develop stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training plans, leadership materials, targeted adoption campaigns, and consistent programme messaging. Coordinate with PMO, project leads, global business stakeholders, and Corporate Affairs.
